We are sorry, but Sisco Reptiles does not currently ship live animals outside of the United States.

All animals sold or traded by Sisco Reptiles are guaranteed to be healthy and in good condition when shipped.

We do take PayPal &/or Postal Money Orders. There is a 5% processing charge on all payments made online.

Live Arrive is guaranteed! If you receive an animal or animals from us DOA (Dead on arrival) we will require proof of the DOA, in the form of a clear photograph showing the DOA or the return of the DOA, at which point we will ship a replacement. If a replacement is not possible, such as, if we have no more of these animals left, we will refund your payment via Postal Money Order or PayPal.

The Live Arrival guarantee is void & null if we are provided incomplete or erroneous shipping information or if the package is delayed or lost. Remember these are live animals, please be thorough and provide us with complete and correct shipping information so that your shipment will arrive at the scheduled time. The guarantee is also void & null if there is no one home to receive the package when the first delivery attempt is made. The live arrival guarantee is also null & void if the temperature reaches below 45F or above 90F on the delivery route, at any point during delivery.

Sisco Reptiles reserves the right to hold shipment depending on extreme weather conditions.

Hatchling snakes will not be offered until they have shed and are established feeders.

Every effort is made to portray each animal honestly and fairly. If for any reason, you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us immediately to arrange a refund, replacement, or credit. Shipping charges & online processing fees are not refundable. We must be notified in advance of any and all returns.

It is the buyer's responsibility to comply with all State, County, and City Ordinances regarding the ownership of any animal purchased from Sisco Reptiles.

We strongly urge anyone considering the purchase of a live animal to thoroughly research the care requirements for that animal prior to making a purchase. We are more than happy to offer any assistance that we can regarding the animals we sell.

NOTE: Terms editted to add what can be expected in the rare case of an accidental DOA in which all conditions are met. Replacement will be attempted, if not possible, a refund will be made. This edit was added on April 7th, 2008
